Yoga is one of those things that’s always on my to-do list. Well, one of my to-do lists. Something I want to improve upon. Well, that’s not really going to happen unless I set an intention to practice on a daily basis…
Inspired in part by my friend Anke’s 365 day headstand challenge, in part by some recent ill health, and with a big astrological kick up the butt from the Capricorn full moon, I hereby set my intention to do yoga every day for the next 30 days.
Contrary to the 21-day myth, it takes an average of 66 days to adopt a new habit…but 30 days is a good start!
